The Initiative

According to the Africa Strategy of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Germany, education, research, and innovation are key to turning Africa’s myriad challenges into impactful opportunities.

To achieve this, scholars, particularly researchers in the industry and academia, have a critical role.

CAPIG seeks to be the foremost networking and mutual support platform for African Scholars especially current and prospective PhDs and PhD graduates in academia, industry and business sector.

Through the consistent and incremental implementation of our ideas, we plan to enhance individual, career, academic and professional excellence that would serve as an impetus for African development.
